Publication project

In this module, our task was to create a new, improved and printed manual for an object We proceeded as follows: In the first phase we created a responsibility matrix/schedule, device features described, emapty map, feedback capture grid, user journey map and conducted a product test. In the second phase, we carried out the information product analysis according to Juhl. We then carried out a who does what matrix, protopersonas, target group analysis and weak point analysis. The third phase was used to create a prototype and test it.
